The Temporary Accommodation Service was activated on 16 February 2018 in response to ex-tropical cyclone Fehi, and on 2 March 2018 for ex-tropical cyclone Gita.

Our matching and placement coordinators are working with affected households to understand their housing needs, identify temporary accommodation options, and provide guidance on how to access support services such as insurance advice and financial assistance.
