The Temporary Accommodation Service was activated on 17 February 2020 in response to the severe rainfall the week prior.
Our matching and placement coordinators are working with affected households to understand their housing needs, identify temporary accommodation options, and provide guidance on how to access support services such as insurance advice and financial assistance.
